The Get Ready Venture Program brought to you by the Fearless Foundation, is a 12-week intensive training program for WOC business owners to acquire the needed training, mentorship, knowledge, and skills needed to gain access to capital.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

(Please read the criteria in entirety before applying)

• Founder:

  • Business must be at least 51% WOC-owned

• Business stage: 

  • Business must be operating and generating revenue

  • Must have a minimum 12 consecutive months in business

• Past and Current Revenue

  • Must be able to show income earning ability over 12 consecutive months

  • Provide revenue for 2022 and projected revenue for 2023

• General Business Growth Plan

  • Product should be a minimal viable product (MVP) – in development

• Location

  • Headquartered in the US with management team based in US.  

We are selecting 125 WOC business owners to take part in this program.  Please take your time filling out the application.
